This chateau is part of a day trip from the Thibault Villa. Leave early in the morning, drive to Giverny and also see Chateau Gaillard. Now it's all in wondrous ruins. At one time, it was Richard the Lionhearted's famous bastion, and it was one of the most important of all of the castles in Normandy. The site over the little town of Les Andeleys is one of the most famous of France.
