Coulommiers, Parc des Capucins; this park is considered one of the loveliest in France, and with good reason. It is a wonderful place to spend a few hours for a day or just to keep coming back to enjoy. The kids will love it too. There is a playground and much beauty to enjoy. It is just a few minutes away from the Thibault Villa.

Coulommiers, Parc des Capucins with the old abbey in the background. There was once a magnificent château built by the Duchesse de Longueville during the 17th Century. It was later demolished by the Duc de Luynes in the 18th Century. Today just the abbey and some of the ruins remain.
